  • Organized in-person meetings with team members to go over progress, along with what tasks needed to be addressed based upon play tester feedback.

  • Organized and managed burndown chart tasks for each team member

  • Ensured that all team members were working on tasks synchronously (for instance, programmers working on the player controller while the artists were making the player model) 

  • Lead team brainstorming sessions and ensured suggested ideas and features remained in-scope with the upcoming deadlines

  • Provided feedback to each department on features and visuals to ensure that the gaming experience of Crack-Shot is smooth

  • Conducted playtesting throughout sprints, providing bug reports (added to burndown chart tasks) and quality-of-life suggestions to enhance the gameplay experience
