  • Presented progress to stakeholders & project partners every week, addressing adjustments and new features, as well as managing tasks based upon partner and playtest feedback for VMI & VHS

  • Managed Hack'N'Plan Board and updated tasks daily, ensuring smooth progress and minimizing feature creep & overscoped tasks

  • Created and organized Spring 2022 Wrap Kit, which contains:

      • Diagrams and Flowcharts

    • VMI & VHS end of semester build

    • Task Backlog

  • Coordinated with lab supervisor to schedule meetings and handoff meetings between VSWT group and stakeholders
