  • Organized weekly team meetings between each department (Artists, Programmers, Designers) to communicate upcoming deadlines, current progress, and any issues

  • Planned and Scheduled meetings with Rockstar Games mentors to both present the project during different stages of development, and receive feedback on different systems

  • Created weekly "Progress Reports" and delivered them to the lead Rockstar Games contact. These reports provide in depth detail regarding current progress towards deadlines, total progress across departments, and remaining assets to be implemented.

  • Created the QA Testing Procedure document, which provides details on every system in the game to be tested by QA testers, as well as the expected results from each interaction.

  • Set up a shared Google Drive, which contains all relevant data pertaining to the team (Presentations, Progress Reports, Notes).

  • Set up individual meetings with each department to go over task priorities, scope, and general feedback/issues.

  • Directed initial brainstorming sessions and ensured that the game features the team wanted would remain within scope for the duration of the project

  • Organized task priorities based upon a High/Medium/Low Priority system for each sprint
